*This position is a full-time position

Salary will commensurate with experience. Unlimited Bonuses $$$ and benefits are available.

To work as an associate of Norman S Thomas State Farm Agency in providing:
*Premier customer service
*Generating Life and Health sales
*Conducts Insurance & Financial Reviews (IFRs)

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
* Experience in customer service, retail sales, insurance or banking is desirable, but not required
* Experience with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook E-mail is required
* Bilingual candidates are a plus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Knows, understands, believes, and can communicate the agency vision
* Conducts IFRs and develops strategic sales/marketing plans with agent to meet sales goals
* Contacts prospects and policyholders for an IFR or appointments
* Meets weekly/monthly target sales, customer service, and marketing goals
* Properly maintains the daily activity log
* Asks for referrals to help grow the agency and assists in identifying prospects for agency growth
* Pivots from product lines and needs-based conversations
* Stays current on new technology related to job functions, industry changes, and State Farm initiatives
* May conduct seminars, attend community or networking events
* Understands and effectively uses agency systems
* Inputs and updates information to IFR customer database, NECHO, Master Records/Client Search & Services as appropriate
* May be asked to train team, role play, assist in coordinating team meetings, etc.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent


REQUIRED TRAINING COURSES / LICENSING:
* Successfully complete and maintain all state, federal and State Farm requirements
* Remain current in area of emphasis and all current responsibilities
* Complete Life and Health license in addition to any other agency training


ITEMS TO NOTE:
* Position may require irregular hours occasionally or on an as needed basis
* Position may require travel to other State Farm locations or off-site locations
