Credit Analyst - Roseville
Job Description:
Monitors existing loans to ensure complete conformity with terms. Spreads financial statements and related information to financial spreadsheets and/or software programs for analysis. Analyzes Accounts Receivable, Inventory and other collateral information to determine adequate collateral coverage for Asset Based loans. Analyzes financial data related to new and renewal commercial loan requests, including lines of credit, asset-based lines, equipment financing loans and/or commercial real estate loans. Conducts credit investigations and prepares credit approval reports and summarizes credit. Analyzes a variety of commercial and real estate loan requests. Presents facts and offers opinions to loan officers concerning applicant's credit worthiness. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual required or job-specific training. Actively learns, demonstrates and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words. Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; accounting experience or is in the process of earning Bachelor's degree and/or completing course work in accounting. Does not have previous credit analyst experience. This position is a trainee position.
