Requirements
Long Description: Responsible for coordinating and planning the implementation of quality management standards of practice for ancillary laboratory testing and monitoring all regulatory compliance. The incumbent is also responsible for training personnel, monitoring and reviewing QC and maintenance records, result reporting and proficiency testing, other duties include evaluating new instrumentation and methodology for accuracy and reproducibility. Minimum of 2 to 5 years laboratory experience. Must be knowledgeable of all regulatory requirements impacting on laboratory operations.
Licensure: Possession of a current license to work in the state of Tennessee as a Medical Technologist.
Education: BS degree
Full Job Title: Days/Evenings/Nights - Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required
