Associate Service Operations Specialist

As an Associate Service Operations Specialist on the Payment Reconciliation Team you will have the opportunity to perform payment discrepancy resolution and analysis. You will be able to use your research skills to solve issues for our customers and present creative solutions for resolution.

Job Requirements include:
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to maintain production and quality goals.
  • Strong problem solving skills required.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills also required.
  • Customer service and/or team experience preferred.
  • MS Access experience helpful.
