The Member Partner Insurance Associate will be responsible for selling new policies and providing service on existing member accounts. You are a self starter who works under general direction and can effectively collaborate with a variety of people. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, responsibilities include member account maintenance, providing quotes on new insurance policies and writing new insurance policies.

By understanding the value and benefits of AAA membership and through a consultative sales approach, you will capitalize on the opportunity to up-sell or cross-sell additional products and services we offer.

Full time and Part time opportunities are available during the following days/hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.

Bilingual language skills are preferred

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Must possess a current state Property and Casualty insurance license

Additional Life Insurance License a plus

High School diploma or equivalent; Associate college degree preferred

1-2 years of prior experience in retail sales; insurance industry experience is preferred

Basic computer (MS Word, Outlook) and relevant applications

Strong telephone and face to face interpersonal and customer service skills

Organizational and analytical problem solving skills

Proactive sales development and successful sales results
