Senior Manager, Global Enterprise Integration - (Job Number: HV-0415-20090915) Description The Senior Manager of Enterprise Integration is responsible for technology standards, strategic planning and the architecture framework as it pertains to Enterprise Integration required by Coca-Cola Enterprises. As a subject matter expert, the role is to create strategic capabilities for CCE to efficiently and effectively manage communications, transactions, and interfaces to multiple complex enterprise systems in a secure manner. The corporate systems requiring high availability and scalable processing include but are not limited to mission critical information required for SAP R/3, SAP SD, SAP FI, SAP MM, and SAP HR along with multiple enterprise operational systems that facilitate CCE's global hourly operations. The Sr. Manager will work with other functional teams, both on the business and IT sides, to determine strategic capabilities. Managing & cultivating a development team in the area of enterprise integration as well as consistently delivering production ready sustainable solutions required.
This role will work with both the Technology and Application Architecture teams and provide leadership in the area of enterprise integration architecture landscape. Additional work efforts may include the authoring of related documents which will provide the vision for development. The individual in this role will also be responsible for designing and documenting solutions containing components of infrastructure and applications communicating these solutions to team members, application owners and management. Qualifications 1. Ensure the adherence to a standard Software Development Lifecycle Engineering Process and other.
2. Work with the Technical Architecture and Technical Engineers on future strategy
3. Strategy and design of the integrated application platform. Work with the BIS technical teams to create long and short-term strategy around technical architecture.
4. Ensure that requests are worked in a timely manner and delivered on time and within budget.
5. Create sustainable methodologies for transferring support requirements and workload to Support Organization including but not limited to Integration Landscape, Business Processes, Framework, Adapters, SAP Interfaces, SOA components, Trading Partner and Agreements.
6. Analyze, develop solutions, and resolve complex application landscape and connectivity issues, often conducting research and being proactive on issues not encountered.
7. Ensure a sound and consistent process to implement solutions for technical specifications
8. Establish consistent management routine for organization to efficiently and effectively deliver integration workloads for multiple concurrent CCE projects originating both from IT and from business strategy
9. Design and deliver strategic differentiating solutions where enterprise integration offers competitive advantage in the area of Global B2B, Mobility, SOA, real time event driven processing, and real time visibility to strategic processes.
10. Maintain high level of service to application/category managers in order to effectively facilitate key initiatives and activities.
11. Develop prototypes and provide leadership in mobile application space to apply capabilities to solve integration issues and/or provide solutions which generate a competitive advantage.
12. Manage the workload of the development team by communicating future initiatives. Managing projects including developing plans, identifying technical resources, and ensuring critical issues are raised and resolved (e.g. Design, cost, quality, timeframes, and sources) within and outside the team to meet assigned deadlines and customer requirements.
13. Provide quality assurance and security design services
14. Continually assess the overall resource requirements of the technical landscape.
15. Provide application support for resolving issues related to data transformation and communications
16. Establish relationships with external partners to understand future direction and integration points of new technologies and applications.
17. Acting as a technical resource for the group on the specific technology(s), teaching technical discipline to staff throughout the enterprise.
18. Mentor and coach direct reports ensuring success in their roles to support the needs of the strategic development organization.
19. Responsible for coaching, developing and encouraging excellence from a diverse team. Conduct performance evaluations, development planning, and TDC/Succession Planning for direct reports.
20. Establish and maintain internal and external contacts to leverage industry best practices. Maintains currency with professional organizations and publications. Attends and participates in meetings and conferences as a representative of CCE
EDUCATION
- BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Business, Management preferred, or industry-related curriculum; Graduate studies a plus
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A proven track record of high performance with a minimum of 6 years of increasing application and/or technical responsibility.
- An in-depth understanding and mastery of the broad technical areas is required to integrate all business process activities.
- Technical areas of focus is ETL and Integration technology
- 10+ years of related business experience
- 5+ years experience in development of Business Integration Strategy
- Demonstrated effective communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, analysis, interpretation, visionary, and strategic thinking skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Information Technology methodologies, infrastructure, and architecture.
- Experience with architecture and development of solutions for 1K+ partner environment with multi-million transactions per month.
- Deep technical knowledge of the Business Integration Framework architecture, components, system dependencies and capabilities.
- Deep business process knowledge as well as a clear understanding of information technology and its role at CCE today.
- Strategic visionary of the role of information technology in supporting the business processes and cross applications of CCE.
- Understanding of the Company's philosophy of growing economic profit and how to allocate and reallocate company assets in a manner consistent with that philosophy.
- Experience with canonical strategies, error handling, service oriented architecture, business process management, and advanced integration solutions.
- Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SoftwareAG - webMethods Suite of Products.
- Integration Server, Broker, Trading Networks, Business Process Management Suite, Deployer & Designer.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- 5 + years of managerial or architect work experience in the areas of Information Systems.
- Managerial experience of development staff.
- Must be able to assimilate information and make sound business decisions.
- Must be experienced in SAP R/3 Data Configuration and technology.
- Proven experience in system configuration and development.
- 5+ years experience in the Consumer Product industry.
- Experience working with SAP - Data objects, Configuration Tools, Master Data, IDOC, ALE, BAPI, RFC. Experience building, deploying and managing strategic processing frameworks.
- Integration Architecture, Strategy, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, High Volume Processing Solutions, Innovative Solutions, EDI Processing, Large File Handling, Business Process Management, Web Services Governance.
- Current SoftwareAG webMethods Certification.
