TAC Worldwide is in need of a Compensation Analyst for a contract position in Sunnyvale , CA

Job duties:

  • Prepare and audit Excel sheets for Focal, Bonus and Stock option programs.
  • Review job code requests and advise of correct solution.
  • Prepare input for salary surveys, and respond to survey audit questions.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of progressive Compensation experience.
  • Must have excellent Excel skills.
  • Will need to be able to organize data and compile spreadsheets from various sources back into one master.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
