Sr. Treasury Analyst: Alchemy Search Partners

Job Description
The Wholesale Services Finance team is looking for a motivated, intellectually curious, analytically strong, results-oriented individual to help support the Treasury Management divisions of Wholesale Services, including Product/Internet, Sales, Service, and Implementation. These divisions include over 1,200 people and are responsible for growing the $2B revenue Treasury Management business. Our products serve many of the Fortune 500 as well as middle market and entrepreneurial business customers.

This senior individual contributor will play a key role in product and customer profitability analysis, costing and reporting. This person will also serve as a subject matter expert in support and development of our pricing tool. This tool is used by sales teams throughout the organization to customize product offerings and cross-sell treasury management services and functionality to current and prospective customers.

This position will interact with Product Management, Sales and Operations business partners throughout the organization; strong influence, communication and collaboration skills are critical success factors. The incumbent will also be required to prepare and present results and recommendations of analytic information to senior management level audiences.

Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent educational background (MBA preferred)
7+ years progressive data analytics and financial analysis experience
High level knowledge of database concepts, data manipulation and advanced SQL query scripting
Demonstrated proficiency in handling multiple projects and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and research skills
Ownership of projects and processes
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to take analytical data and compile informative, actionable reporting for senior management level consumption
High level of proficiency in Excel, Access & Word

Activity Based Costing experience
Profitability and cost model building experience
Banking industry experience (especially Treasury Management)
