The bridal and formal occasion designer Jessica McClintock is seeking qualified candidates to fill Management positions for her Boutiques located in the The Aventura Mall in Aventura, FL and in the Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach, VA

These positions are FULL TIME with an excellent compensation package which includes monthly bonuses.

The ideal candidate will be trained to be responsible for the overall supervision and management of the entire store, which includes:

* Focuses on selling and building sales volume.

* Recruit and hire a diverse, customer service oriented selling team.

* Lead by example to maintain a high performance sales team providing "Best in Mall" shopping experience.

* Identify selling needs of individual team members and execute accordingly.

* Able to work flexible hours based on the sales needs that includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

* Can set the work pace and maintain customer satisfaction with a customer service and sales oriented team.

* Must be able to lead a sales staff which includes scheduling, motivating and setting sales expectations.

* Manage payroll by scheduling effectively both to the needs of the business and to prevent shrink.

* Continually recruit ahead of the needs of the business.

* Keep constant communication with the entire staff by using all company tools available.

* Have great communications skills as it relates to corporate by evaluating and contributing to the overall business plans.
