Job Description

This position will be responsible for assisting the production maintenance groups with TPM planning and standards development to achieve company targets.

Role Responsibilities

•Assist in the development of the TPM plan for each production shop.

•Develop Preventative Maintenance plans for production equipment.

•Develop equipment health standards to determine proper maintenance intervals.

•Develop and measure equipment performance metrics to ensure production and quality.

•Assist production engineering in equipment selection and "buy-off"

•Development of a continuous improvement environment.

•Evaluate equipment breakdowns to determine root cause, standard repair methods and part/equipment improvements to improve equipment availability.

Job Requirements

1-4 years of experience in a related field. •Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic •Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written •Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software •Integration – joining people, processes or systems •Influencing and negotiation skills •Resource management

Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role

Required:

•Process or maintenance support in a manufacturing environment

•"Hands On"/"Go and See" mentality

Desired:

•Process or maintenance support in an automotive environment

•TPM experience

•Preventative or predictive maintenance experience

•Experience with lean manufacturing and visual systems

•Paint application, robots, PLC and conveyor experience.

Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.) Travel <10%, must be able to travel internationally
