Position Summary: Supports clinical software packages from outside vendors while interacting with internal customers. Assists, as required, in the solution of operational difficulties encountered in executing clinical application programs. This includes implementation, continuing maintenance, error management, scheduling templates and problem solving for radiation oncology and medical oncology systems, physicians and staff. Will assist system administrator with transition from clinic EMR and research based system into a single system. Will assist in QA'ing regimens with clinical staff and system administrator. Will assist in setting up scheduling and clinical systems for radiation and medical oncology.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Education: Associates in healthcare related discipline or Computer Science required.

Experience: Previous IT experience required, clinical background preferred.

Other Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of Medical and Radiation Oncology department processes/workflow and/or Oncology Information Systems. Effective communication skills, ability to function well in stressful situations, ability to function well as part of a team.
