Coordinator Reimbursement, Customer Service, Denial Management: Northside Hospital

We are currently seeking a Coordinator Reimbursement, Customer Service and Denial Management to join our team.

The Reimbursement, Customer Service & Denial Management Coordinator will oversee all aspects of insurance accounts receivables reimbursement and contractual review for all three facilities as well as response to customer inquiries regarding hospital accounts and all insurance denial appeal processes. The position will initially oversee 3 supervisors, 4 leads and, indirectly, a number of customer service, denial management and reimbursement staff.
