Job Description:

Bayada Nurses, Home Care Specialists, has an immediate opening for an experienced Marketing Manager to expand our business in the Fairfield County market. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for generating referrals for home care by building relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.

This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships. Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Recent healthcare marketing or sales experience is required. Familiarity with Fairfield County is preferred. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

Requirements:
·A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care or related area
·A minimum of 3 years health care marketing experience
·Formal sales training
·Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
·Demonstrated success in business development
