Facility: Carolina Health Care Center of Cumberland is a 136 bed post acute care center located in Fayetteville, NC, And has a high volume rehab program, beautiful building with spacious treatment areas and new equipment. Rehab unit has 14 private rooms and 22 semi-private rooms. This center serves a mixed population of short-term rehab patients and long-term residents with a team dedicated to quality patient care. Opportunity: Carolina Health Care/Cumberland has an opportunity for a Occupational Therapist Assistant, with a 2 year degree and is Nationally Certifited, to join our rehab team in providing post-acute rehabilitation to a diverse population: geriatric as well as younger managed care patients. Job Description: Responsible for implementing treatment programs established by Occupational Therapist accordance with all state, federal and JCAHO regulations. Collaborates with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well being for the residents.
