The Business Analyst will work very closely with Business and Technical teams to understand Business needs and requirements. He / she will also work with technical and project management teams to explain the requirements and to assist in the analysis, planning, and design of the solution.

Specifically, the Business Analyst will be responsible for:

- Interact with all relevant stakeholders to gather functional requirements

- Interact with all relevant stakeholders to gather technical requirements

- Document requirements using appropriate standards such as use-cases

- Interact with technical team members to facilitate understanding and analysis of the requirements

- Work with project managers and other team members to facilitate project management and project planning

- Work with testers and test leads to facilitate test case creation and test execution that are consistent with requirements
