Position Description:

DJO has an immediate opening for an outstanding Returned Products Technician in our Clear Lake, South Dakota Facility. Hours: Flexible starting time between 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

The Returned Products Technician is responsible for the failure analysis, refurbishment, and repair of products returned from the field and from in-house refurbishing operations. This position may also determine, by means of inspection procedures, product conformity or warranty applicability for all distributed products. Communicate with customers regarding problems associated with repair and functionality of distributed products. Responsibilities may include Empi, Ormed, Chattanooga, or any other devices returned to Clear Lake.

Qualifications:

2 yr. Associates degree in Electronic Technology.

2 yrs. experience troubleshooting analog and digital circuitry using oscilloscopes and multimeters.

General understanding of the fundamental operation of a personal computer.

Good written and oral communication skills, with emphasis on phone communication.

Good organizational skills.

An understanding of DOS and computer trouble-shooting skills.
