Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center, located in Burbank, CA is a 431-bed
facility which provides premier healthcare to the San Fernando Valley.
We are currently seeking a Per Diem Laboratory Assistant II for our Laboratory-
Clinical Dept. Hours: Varied. This position collects blood from patients,
coordinates and processes specimen collection following established standards
and practices.
REQUIRED -
Required Certification -
Current California Certified Phlebotomy Technician.
Required Licenses -
California Driver's License (PSJ employees only that work on certain functions).
Minimum Experience-
Previous phlebotomy experience and two years experience in the health care field
in related work.
Minimum Education Preferred -
High School or equivalent.
