Job Description The ideal candidate will have 2 years retail experience and be able to lead by example, communicate effectively, drive the company's Sales and Service initiatives, ability to multi-task, carry a professional demeanor & have the ability to deliver excellent customer service that will exceed the expectations of our customers!
KEY HOLDER Primary Responsibilities (1 year experience)
- Managing the store and personnel in the Store Managers absence
- Open and Closing responsibilities
- Cash handling and daily accounting
- Merchandising
- Excellent Customer Service
- Driving sales and motivating team to achieve goals
- Cashier Duties
Job Qualifications
- Key holders must have prior experience in opening & closing the store, training, bank deposits & cash handling responsibilities
- Prior retail store experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Bilingual-English/Spanish is a BIG Plus !!
