Full time, Monday - Friday day position with The Community Hospice of Rensselaer Nursing Home Team. The Community Hospice provides end of life care for patients and families. The qualifications include: 1) High School Diploma or GED. 2) Home Health Aide Certification. 3) Valid NYS Driver License. 4) Reliable vehicle for transportation to nursing homes. 5) Ability to work independently. 6) Ability to meet the physical demands required to do essential job functions. 7) Demonstrated organizational and communication skills. 8) Previous home health aide experience is preferred.
