Freight Account Executive: Worldwide Express

Worldwide Express, a dynamic nationwide company, is seeking a Freight Account Executive for business-to-business sales in our Austin, Waco, and Little Rock Arkansas offices. We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated and experienced sales person who will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining/developing existing accounts.

Worldwide Express is a professional sales and service company marketing full service transportation solutions, from light package, freight, and same-day service to customers nationwide. With over 180 offices nationally, Worldwide Express continues to grow into new markets. Worldwide Express is UPS’s largest partner in North America. This unique relationship with UPS allows Worldwide Express to tap into the $50 billion global express market, and compete head to head with Federal Express.

Worldwide Express expanded their market to encompass freight forwarding, and has partnered with multiple best-in-class national freight carriers to bring LTL, FTL, air, heavy weighted air domestic/international ocean services freight services. We are focused on providing full service freight logistics to our customers, and to penetrate the $100 billion freight market.

Requirements of a Worldwide Express Freight Account Executive:

• 2 years of field freight sales experience required
• Associates Degree required (Ideal courses in business, logistics, marketing and/or communication)
• Documented track record of success
• Industry knowledge-LTL, FTL

Additional Information:

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Car Allowance + Company Cell Phone

Average first year income ranges from upper $60’s to mid $70’s (higher based on experience)

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
