REQUIREMENTS

We are currently seeking experienced, success driven IT Recruiters with 2+years of financial industry experience who have worked in a high volume, fast paced, competitive environment. We would like to talk to you if you are a senior recruiter in any other industry with 3+ years of experience. We would also speak to you if you are a Virtual Recruiter who has 2+ years of IT experience servicing the financial markets.

Your job will be to source and develop relationships with the best I.T. talent in the region on an ongoing and proactive basis. You will also be responsible for gathering referrals and leads and calling on those leads to develop additional opportunities and relationships.

COMPENSATION

We offer an industry leading salary, commission and benefits package. Successful Recruiters can easily earn over 6 figures in the second year.
