HOUSING MANAGER

Ecumen, the most innovative leader of senior housing and services, enriching individuals to live richer and fuller lives, is seeking a Section 8 Housing Manager at Boardman Meadows in New Richmond, WI. A nonprofit, Ecumen has been named 5 straight years as a “Best Place to Work” by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Our mission is to create home for older adults wherever they choose to live.

We’re looking for a part-time, 25-30 hours a week, Housing Manager. We are seeking a relationship builder to represent the site to prospective residents and families, as well as manage the approx 35-unit, Section 8, senior apartment building.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, computer skills, OneSite a plus, self-motivated, flexible, know or have the desire to learn HUD, have some housing mngmt experience, and enjoy working with seniors. We offer excellent compensation, benefits, and flexible work environment.
