As a member of the CROSSMARK Product Demonstration team you will complete in-store food/product demonstrations/events, demonstrate products, engage consumers and promote product sales while maintaining customer service standards.
Hours per week: 6-24
Shift: Days Thursday - Sunday
Job Highlights:
- Demo schedules are Thursday through Friday between 10:30 am – 4:30 pm and Sunday from 12:30 am to 6:30 pm each week
- Event table, materials and equipment provided at the store
- Outside employment is permitted as long as it does not interfere with CROSSMARK responsibilities
- Regular, consistent demos schedule –
Candidate expected to complete the following tasks:
- Obtain knowledge of products represented and encourage consumers to purchase products
- Prepare and serve food samples utilizing raw meats, produce, microwaves, hot plates, oil and kitchen utensils
- Demonstrate consumer packaged goods to consumers
- Distributes coupons and sale materials
- Communicate information on products and promotions to increase sales
Requirements:
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Access to reliable transportation
- Basic Computer Skills
- Daily access to a computer that is connected to the internet
