Job Description:

We have an exciting position for an experienced Analyst on the implementation team of this large company in Dallas. This role is a combination of Business Analyst and Configuration Analyst. You will interface between the project team, local operations, IT, and the end client to facilitate the implementation of new projects. Your duties include:

• Identify, analyze, and document technical requirements in support of deployed business process solutions
• Oversee and configure workflow solutions
• Execute, monitor, and support testing of solutions
• Upon completion of implementation, this person will be involved in the transition configuration to support team

In this position, either directly or through others, the successful candidate will:

• Work with business development and configuration teams to finalize and document business requirements with client, with heavy emphasis on business analysis, consulting, and staff leadership
• Work with client and project team throughout implementations to ensure projects are implemented on time and according to client specifications
• Work closely with operations staff during project start up to ensure that proper business rules are followed
• Help design and work with functional specifications, process engineering, and workflow design diagrams (using Visio)
• Utilize quality assurance methodologies
• Be heavily involved with project team for application layout to ensure design meets requirements
• Directly interact with internal and client stakeholders including functional users and senior managers/executives
• Develop technical specifications and work with project team to establish priorities for accomplishing design and testing of various projects
• Work with internal operations team to test, train, and implement new projects using corporate tools and integrating existing tools where applicable

To be considered for this role, the candidate must meet the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Data capture, imaging, workflow experience is required (3+ years are desired)
• Healthcare claims systems experience is a plus
• JAVA GROOVY or C# experience is preferred
• Strong Microsoft skills including Microsoft Office suite
• Sound knowledge of production operations, quality practices, and client service
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience working with offshore resources is a plus
• Strong analysis and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable to changing market conditions and client requirements
• Ability to creatively question various approaches to solving problems
• Ability to maintain a problem solving approach balanced between analytical and intuitive solutions

This position pays 70000.00-75000.00 annually
