Note –there is no relocation assistance for this position.
POSITION PURPOSE: The Portfolio Administrator will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting efforts to plan, prioritize, align and execute the right projects at the right time and ensuring visibility to a portfolio of projects through all stages of execution. This position is responsible for project and portfolio reporting across the company. He/she provides support, training, and administration of the project management software for all users.
JOB DUTIES
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities: Develops and maintains the tools and processes to support project and program prioritization across the enterprise for digital and analog initiatives Ensures project and portfolio data is up-to-date in @task Provides portfolio and project reports for all levels of the company Administers and maintains the @task project management software: consistently updates systems skills, updates and distributes user manuals Serves as a primary liaison between Wizards of the Coast and AtTask Creates and maintains library of project templates; coordinates and develops new templates as required Develops and provides training programs for staff in the use of @task based on best practices and official company processes Provides hands-on assistance to all internal @task users Provides user acceptance testing for @task software updates and upgrades Upholds the Hasbro tradition of conducting our business pursuant to the highest moral, ethical and legal standards. Conducts business affairs consistently with both the letter and spirit of the law
Assists the Master Planner with: Auditing projects managed in @task to ensure data completeness and accuracy Developing best practices for project management in @task Developing metrics and measures for portfolio focused Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Organizing and driving prioritization efforts Capacity planning
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent listening skills; should be able to analyze a variety of business requirements and come up with solutions to meet multi-functional needs Strong understanding of project management, program management and portfolio management methodologies Ability to confidently communicate with both the technical services team and end users of all experience levels alike Ability to understand complex system architecture and functions in order to integrate with process models Ability to drive adoption of tools Must be detail oriented and an excellent multi-tasker Must be trustworthy, competent and confident Must be highly motivated and cognoscente of timelines, milestones and objectives
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Four year college degree in business or manufacturing or equivalent work experience required 3 - 5 years planning/scheduling experience in product development or manufacturing environment Prior experience in training and project management required Prior experience with @Task highly desirable Prior experience in project and program portfolio management with @Task, PlanView, HP Governance Suite, MS Project Server, or other enterprise tool mandatory Experience with systems architecture and implementation Knowledge of SQL query development and relational databases mandatory Prior experience with Quality Assurance and Test Management software desirable In-depth knowledge of product development processes and work flows required
