Senior Recruiter Oil & Gas

Oil & gas staffing company seeks senior recruiter that places project engineering and

management personnel with existing customers both contract and permanent worldwide.

Candidate must have 5 years experience in a similar setting i.e. recruiting candidates (full desk)

for existing postings as well as polling customers for new requirements (sales), do interviews

and screening and present qualified candidates to clients. Experience in sales and/or business

development a plus. Proven cold calling skills a must. Proficient in Word & Excel

High school education required, must be professionally presentable, have excellent oral and

written skills. Dynamic personality required. MUST BE A HUNTER.

Salary: 50K base plus commission – excellent benefits
