Chemistry - Visiting Lecturer/Instructor

GEORGIA STATE UNIVERSITY, College of Arts & Sciences, invites applications for full and half-time Visiting Instructor and Visiting Lecturer positions for the 2008-2009 academic year, effective Fall 2008 semester. Positions are contingent upon budgetary approval and most offer the possibility of summer employment. An offer of employment will be conditional upon background verification. CHEMISTRY

The Department of Chemistry anticipates hiring Visiting Lecturers/Visiting Instructors for the academic year 2008 – 2009, effective Aug. 2008. PhD required for Visiting Lecturers. Master’s degree required for Visiting Instructors. Instruction of core chemistry lecture and lab courses. College level teaching experience preferred. Please mail CV, statement of teaching philosophy and 3 letters of reference to: Visiting Lecturer Search Committee, Department of Chemistry, Georgia State University, University Plaza, Atlanta GA 30303. Initial review will begin May 2008.
