Job Description: Director Finance FP&A sought by a leading Fortune 250 Company for one of its business groups located in Rochester , NY . High tech equipment and system products which involves global operation in U.S. , Europe, and Asia . Growth oriented business. Position has global responsibility for consolidating, analyzing, forecasting, and reporting plan and actual financial results to corporate and the business group. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate global consolidation of monthly business area/legal entity results.
  • Coordinate global submission of monthly financial results. Includes quarterly supplemental files, tax, audit, SOX, insurance data.
  • Generate internal management reporting and performance variance analysis.
  • Manage compilation, analysis, submission, reporting of monthly financial forecasts, annual budget, and strategic plan.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting. Focus on driving top-line growth, margin expansion, cash flow improvements, value creation from acquisitions.

Job Requirements:

  • B.S. Accounting
  • CPA
  • Public Accounting
  • Global manufacturing
  • Minimum 8 years finance/accounting experience in a product manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced analytical, business modeling, ERP system experience, Oracle, Hyperion, JDE preferred.
  • Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated solid influential interpersonal skills.
