This is a management position which entails managerial and financial components. A minimum of four years human services experience is required. Five or more years' managerial experience, experience in a Managed Care environment, knowledge of research methodology and statistics, and experience in contract management implementation preferred. PhD or MA/MS or MSW or MBA or MPA. Certification and/or licensure in appropriate discipline (Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, Management, or Public Administration) is required.
