Job Description Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory Services
Accounting, Valuation and Financial Reporting (AVFR) offers an integrated approach and practical customized solution to complex financial reporting, accounting and valuation issues faced by both corporate clients and private equity firms. TS AVFR advises clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters arising from IPOs and business combinations, private placements, lease financing, securitizations, carve-out and spin-off transactions, SEC filings, IFRS implementation, and fair value assessments. With deep technical knowledge in US GAAP and IFRS, and well versed and experienced with the regulatory and reporting requirements of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and global exchanges, we help companies contemplating an initial public offering, secondary listing or private placement anticipate and resolve issues before they impact value. Additionally, we provide recurring financial reporting advisory services across a range of issues (e.g., new accounting standards, impact of new transactions or business issues, IFRS and US GAAP conversions and embedding, and technical training), including industry subject matter expertise. Our professionals also help clients with embedding new financial reporting protocols and corporate governance. We have also developed a focus on areas where fair value assessments are required in light of the latest accounting guidance. As a Manager providing Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory services, you will have the opportunity to:

Job Requirement Essential
CPA or equivalent Relative Performance Rating of 2 or higher (internal) 5-9 years’ experience in financial reporting related roles including external audit, technical accounting roles, transaction advisory roles, etc. Advanced technical (GAAP/SEC) aptitude and experience in public company financial reporting matters Specialized knowledge in one or more technical topics (e.g. financial instruments, leasing, consolidation, business combinations, SEC rules and regulations, IFRS, industry sectors) Outstanding client service skills Strong knowledge of PwC's risk management policies and procedures Aptitude and appetite for coaching and mentoring Excellent communication skills & “Executive Presence” Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Appetite for travel
Not required, but valuable CFA, ASA Project management skills Transaction experience (e.g. IPO, Debt Offering, M&A)
