Job Description:
Kforce has a National Financial client seeking Loan Processors in Franklin, TN. Loan Processors make the decision on loan applications up to the conforming loan limits typically one-unit properties; verifies customer income documentation. This person resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following: vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens re-conveyances. This person processes subordinations; resolves appraisal disputes; executes closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process; and maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking center associates, realtors, etc.
Candidates must have 2+ years of Loan Processing experience. The ability to manage a heavy pipeline of 50+ loans is required. Flexibility to work extended hours during heavy workload periods is necessary.
This position pays 14.00-15.00 hourly
