Choose your geographic preference, case preference and schedule. Our service area covers the South Shore and Plymouth communities. Great for extra income!

Responsibilities include:

*Initial Client Assessment.
*Develop and implementation of plan of care.
*Provide direct patient care and maintaining clinical notes
