Job Responsibilities:

Establishing overall strategic approach with given clients including the ability to see growth potential within existing accounts

Foresight to build and provide value to client

Developing and maintaining all client relationships

Aiding in accountability for all budgets and billing related to clients

Responsible for providing staff with ongoing feedback as well as constantly evaluating resource allocations

Ensuring all media deliverables are met on time

Effectively articulating the applications and enforcing the usage of media research tools and resources

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications

5 years minimum in online/interactive and/or direct response media background,

7+ years of management experience

Ability to demonstrate industry knowledge across all media channels

Comfortable speaking in public/effective in speaking in public

Willingness to interact with all levels of staff

Effectively motivates staff, evaluates performance and provides feedback

Detailed awareness of client business issues, industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status and competition

Possesses strong written, presentation and verbal skills

Exceptional organizational and management skills

Working on new business
Proven capabilities in strategic and conceptual development of promotion programs and brand marketing
