Administrative Assistant - Concentric Communications Concentric Communications produces live experiential meetings and events. - Work on creative proposals; proofread and edit documents before client presentations
- Process all purchase orders, invoices and new vendor paperwork
- Assist with contract creation and budget reconciliation
- Provide daily administrative support for office team, coordinate travel for executives and show crews, complete executive expense reports, and manage office supply inventory and ordering
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Prior corporate office experience
- Solid experience with the MS Office suite
- Managing calendars in Outlook
- Booking travel
