THESE (3) POSITIONS "REQUIRE" A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS "RECENT" EXPERIENCE AS A PRODUCTION FOREMAN DEALING WITH OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION-SUPERVISION OR CONSTRUCTION-PIPELINE, ETC. . THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION AND TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION IS NOT AVAILABLE. More than two years experience is highly desirable.

Salary is very open depending on experience, education, training and background. Drug screens and physicals will be given. Don't apply if you can't pass either of the above or don't have the experience required.

Responsible for oversight of production related activities from planning of production facilities through delivery of production to sales points.

Specific responsibilities include monitoring daily production, oversight of well performance, and supervision of assigned personnel in the operation of wells.

Additional requirements include interaction with asset manager, production engineering, and the other operation personnel reviewing well performance and providing recommendations to improve production.

The foreman will be active in the planning of field facility expansions and in field development.

Additional responsibilities include monthly monitoring and control of lease operation costs, insurance of environmental and regulatory compliance, and implementation of company policies.

Requires a MIMIMUM of 2 years pervious experience in a similar or same position with another company.
