Job Description

Project Manager, SAP HRIS - (Job Number: HV-0005-20090928)

Description

The HRIS Project Manager will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple complex HRIS projects, including: new HR technology application implementations, search/procurement of new HR tools, implementation of new/enhanced SAP modules, etc. This Project Manager will support the VP of Global HRIS in maintaining and executing on the Global HR Technology blueprint. This includes partnering with key HR leadership (HR business partners, COEs, and HR Services) and IT managers through all phases of a project (budgeting/scoping, requirements, design, development, testing, and launch) to deploy key HR technology projects. The HRIS Project Manager will represent HRIS functions on key projects, and will liase directly with HRIS leadership to involve the right subject matter expertise to execute on deliverables.

Qualifications

Education

  • Education Required: Bachelors Degree
  • Education Preferred: Masters/MBA

EXPERIENCE:

Previous functional experience managing SAP HRIS projects.

Previous experience partnering with key HR Leadership.
