Agfa HealthCare has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Overview:
Installation, repair and preventative maintenance of medical imaging hardware/software products, systems and networks at customer sites. Position is available in the Columbia, SC area.

Qualifications:
AS degree with major in Electronics Technology or in related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years field service experience, preferably in a medical environment including test and troubleshooting of WinNT based computer systems/networks. Mastery of PC standard software and hardware, DOS, Windows (especially NT operating systems) and electronics required. Understanding of radiology workflow and expertise in Sun Unix OS a plus.

Superior interpersonal skills a must.
