The Director, Clinical Services provides clinical leadership, guidance, training and evaluation of the advanced practice nurses over a wide geographic area in collaboration with the Medical Director and the Senior Vice President, Patient Services. The Director, Clinical Services is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and supervising medical programs according to standards and guidelines established by PPHP, PPFA and state & federal regulatory agencies. As a leader in the organization, the Director, is responsible for implementing PPHP's strategic plan & initiatives and achieving operational objectives, which support the mission of the company in collaboration with the Director, Operations.

Qualifications:

Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Nurse Midwife training program or RN. Master's degree preferable. Current NYS license in good standing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities have been acquired. Clinical teaching experience preferred. CPR certification preferred. 2-5 years experience in women's health incl. reproductive health care with progressive responsibility including direct staff supervision. Experience in medical program development, implementation and evaluation. Knowledge of medical practice software and management information system as a management tool. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of staff. Ability to work flexible hours incl. evenings & weekends.

DIRECTOR-CLINICAL INFORMATICS-HAWTHORNE, NEW YORK

The Director of Clinical Informatics is responsible for all aspects of data collections, reporting, integrity and management of practice related information, including demographics, clinical, statistical and financial data. The Director, Clinical Informatics will work closely with all 12 medical centers with Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Suffolk counties, and administrative management. The Director will ensure that clinical information systems, including Practice Management and Electronic Health Records (EHR), are configured optimally and maintained on a current basis, and to improve and optimize data capture and related billing, reporting and benchmarking activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in Healthcare Informatics, Systems Analysis and Design, or related field; + 3 years related experience in healthcare. Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office, and report writing programs, such as Crystal Reports. Excellent organizational , analytical, writing and communication skills. Works well under time restraints and deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Ability to work flexible hours incl. evenings & weekends.

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST-HAWTHORNE, NEW YORK

The Quality Assurance Specialist will work collaboratively with Directors, Operations and Clinical Services to provide leadership and coordination of the Quality Assurance Program for the affiliate. Assures uniform standards of quality services are met thought out the affiliate by developing, coordinating, implementing and managing all QA & risk management activities in accordance with companies Medical Standards & Guidelines. Develops and provides training programs based on center needs in partnership with Education and Training to assure staff compliance with companies Federation Standards and Guidelines, NY State Department of Health, Title X and CLIA and all other local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and supports PPHP's, HIPAA and OSHA programs.

Qualifications:

BA Required, MA preferred. 3-5 years experience in reproductive health care, medical operations and supervisory management required. Demonstrated experience in quality management, understanding and use of principles of continuous quality improvement. Ability to translate regulations into operating procedures and skills to measure compliance of regulatory process. Ability to maintain work effectiveness under job pressure due to conflicting time demands. Flexibility with respect to work duties. Ability to work flexible hours incl. evenings & wkends.

SALARY: $60K TO $70K
