Global Crossing a $2 billion leading telecommunications solutions provider is looking to add the following full-time technical and customer service positions for our call center in Billings: Network Voice Technician & Customer Care Consultants Starting pay is $10.81-$13.00 per hour. Looking for entry or middle level candidates with technical backgrounds. These positions include working on assigned trouble tickets in Service assurance, escalating/following up with carriers and customers to resolve issues, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support for our customers. Provides support for our strategic voice and data customers. Service Assurance for voice and data customers when associated with a vendor issue. Education requirements: BS or equivalent.
