Candidates for the Clinical Manager and Unit Director positions must be a graduate from a school of nursing and hold a current license to practice in the State of Ohio and/or licensure certification; minimum of two year’s recent and relevant clinical (nurse management) experience required; Baccalaureate degree in nursing or related health care field preferred; demonstrated management ability.
