IT Business Analyst - Edina, MN
Position Description
This person will be working with assigned deliverables on a project basis. They will own this deliverable from start to finish, and be the point person for the project throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This will involve scheduling and facilitating meetings with business users, technical teams, and operations teams to gather requirements and facilitate agendas for a particular phase of the project. They will work with testers and release management to build technical requirements. They will also work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a post-production environment. This is a heavily deadline driven position with minimal supervision. Qualifications Qualifications:
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience gathering business requirements
- 3 - 5 years of data analysis experience
- 3 - 5 years experience facilitating JAD sessions
- Advanced skill level in MS Excel and Visio
Assets:
- Healthcare experience
- Experience in a consulting role
- Experience with AquaLogic BPM
- Presentation Experience
