Developmental Co-Managers

Hobbs, New Mexico

At Walmart Supercenter Stores, we work 24-hours-a-day to make sure our customers have everything they need. And we need someone to make sure that never stops. The primary responsibility of this position will be to implement and enforce all company procedures, policies and applicable laws. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and analyzing financial and business reports such as sales results, inventory levels, inventory taking, payroll, and customer counts; ensuring risk control standards are met; ensuring cleanliness and safety of displays; and analyzing daily and monthly P&L and journal entries to ensure expense controls.

Come to us with a strong background in food and retail management and we can help you gain the skills and knowledge to be a Supercenter Co-Manager within 6 to 12 months!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ general retail management experience to include financial accountability and inventory management responsibilities
  • Four or more years’ experience supervising 50 or more Associates to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing
  • One or more years’ experience running a fresh or dry grocery area
