recruiting for several positions in our North Adams,
Massachusetts office. Asset Services Specialists
This position will require excellent quantitative and
analytical skills as well as the ability to research and
understand the protocols for registering our customers
in Demand Response programs through Independent
System Operators or utilities. A Bachelor's Degree in
business, computer science, finance or a related field is
required. In addition, proven quantitative skills, very high
proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and
Access, excellent oral and written communications skills,
attention to detail and organizational skills, and proven
familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies are a
must.. Customer Service Representatives
This position will require excellent customer services
skills as well as quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are
needed in order to effectively work with customers,
multi-disciplinary staff, regulatory and operations
personnel. A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related
field is required. Direct customer service experience,
proven quantitative skills, very high proficiency in MS
Office products, excellent oral and written
communications skills, and attention to detail and
organizational skills are a must. System Operators
System operators are responsible for monitoring our
customers energy usage, communicating with
customers' to troubleshoot devices, communicating with
the electric grid operator, interrupting our customers
usage when instructed to do so, and monitoring the
electrical capacity markets. The Remote Operations
Center (ROC) operates 24/7/365. You must be willing
to work 12-hour night shifts from 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM.
A Bachelor of Science Degree or equal, preferably in an
engineering discipline is required. Well-developed
computer skills, including proficiency in internet access,
Microsoft Office software, and the ability to learn and use
specialized software. Strong oral and written
communications skills, punctuality, reliability, attention
