Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for ensuring the transmission ofsensitive information between Ingenix Clinical Assessment Solutions and external customers including provider groups, health plans and vendors. Responsibilities include documentation, encryption, emailing/faxing/mailing sensitive information and notification of appropriate customers and employees. Individual must be organized, detail-oriented, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, email, tracking tools and workflow management.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 2+ years MS Office Suite especially Access, Excel and Outlook
- 2+ years computer operations and data transfer methods (i.e., CDs, FTP, etc)
- 2+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 1+ years customer service experience
Assets:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate with customers and all levels of Ingenix staff
- Ability to work effectively on a team and with other groups
