    Human Resources Director (Customer Care) High growth industry leading organization is seeking a Human Resources Director to oversee operations for multiple contact centers. The individual in this role will provide a consultative approach to human capital/human resource management for corporate office and multi-site contact centers. The Human Resources Director will develop a comprehensive HR strategy including talent acquisition, retention, development, and fundamental HR programs and practices.Individual will lead staff of 15 HR Managers and AssociateHR Manager'sin providing support ensuring that HR policies and practices are administered and applied equitably and uniformly. Responsible for advising and counseling employees, supervisors and management on policies and procedures of human resources, appropriate resolution of employee relation’s issues and providing management training in various critical areas as determined. This role will be involved in strategic business planning for the operation as well. Job Requirements
BS/BA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent related emphasis
MBA is preferred PHR, SPHR, or GPHR certification Minimum 15+ years related experience in Human Capital/Human Resource Management role in a Telecommunications, Financial Services, Airline or other highly customer centric business is required. Five years minimum Call Center experience in an advanced Human Resources leadership role in corporate setting with multi location call center responsibility is required. . Demonstrated record of accomplishments in leading people, developing strategic plans, managing projects, and developing HR initiatives Strong employee relations experience Solid understanding of performance measurement and experience in a metrics driven environment, fast paced environment preferably in a Fortune 500 organization. Working knowledge of employment law Strong communication skills with ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
