Based in Pleasanton, CA , this high energy team is responsible for the EmailXtender and EmailXaminer, the industry leader in supporting mission critical e-mail environments to greatly enhance an organization's ability to control the flow of electronic communications. We are currently expanding our small team to support our customer's growing dependence on managing the life cycle of unstructured and semi-structured data, as well as their needs to meet strict compliance and corporate governance requirements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Leads the development and execution of company-wide (global) product deployment plans, working with all functions including Product Management Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Services, Customer Support, Training, Manufacturing, Sales, Sales Readiness and Corporate Quality.

· Uses best-in-class project management techniques to achieve program goals on time and on cost, while managing program risk.

· Drives cross-functional business readiness by leading Program Management Teams (PMTs) and additional task sub-teams to meet program delivery and rollout requirements.

· Communicates program status, program readiness, business and technical issues and risks and their resolution across Functional Organizations and management up to and including the BMT.

· Coordinates and manages resources across Functional Organizations to achieve program objectives.

· Leads the implementations of technology, channel readiness and/or partner interactions across product families.

· Effectively uses the Lifecycle Management Guidelines (LC300) to drive program(s) from the feasibility phase to the end of life phase. May create innovations to the Lifecycle Management Guidelines (LC300). Monitors released products to ensure that business objectives are being met after the product is brought to market.
