Director of
Behavioral Health Services

We have an exciting, newly created leadership opportunity that will direct and coordinate services for Outpatient Behavioral Health and the Mental Health Unit. This full-time position will focus on strategic planning, quality and safety initiatives, financial objectives and improving coordination with mental health services within our community. The person in this role will be a member of the Patient Care Services Executive Committee working with other organizational leaders and members of the community to develop systems and partnerships that will allow us to achieve Vision 2020 and become the healthiest community in the nation. Qualified candidates will have a MSW or RN/BSN with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital/inpatient behavioral health setting. 3 years of experience at a management level position in healthcare required. Position offers comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
