Ideal candidate will lead the Regional Team and overseeing the clinics’ operational needs.
Job Description:
The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinics including managing and coordinating resources to provide the most effective care and treatment of patients. Directly supervise the Regional Team and Practice Managers including hiring, performance reviews, counseling and terminations. Supervisory responsibility for providers as it relates to operational issues, not clinical. Responsible for the growth and the retention of all patient memberships. Provide the best quality outcome to patients in conjunction with the Director of Clinical Services and Medical Director. Develop and monitor and budgets and oversee the budget is in compliance with organizational expenditure requirements. Assist or directs all clinic training and audits. Maintain continuous analysis of all operational activities and practices. Respond to inquiries about clinic issues and develop effective corrective action plans. Function as an essential support person for all clinics and as a liaison between the clinics and corporate. Advise Corporate of any management issues and participate in the resolution of complicated issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in the healthcare field and management
• Previous experience in a physician practice preferred
• Proven skills in leadership, team building, organization, time management and program development
• Must be able to participate in strategic planning, problem solving and represent company in an effective manner
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, members and providers
• Capability to implement and monitor policies to effectively uphold company’s standard of care, policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-past, deadline-orientated environment and successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
• Computer literate, with working ability of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Ability to travel
