Be a member of a unique team! Colonial Downs , Virginia ’s only horse track, is looking for a motivated, qualified individual to generate growth and increase revenue with our Player Rewards program.

SUMMARY

Manage, collect and analyze data from customer wagering accounts in the Player Rewards program. Develop initiatives based upon customer tendencies and preferences to increase wagering handle.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, manage and analyze data from Player Rewards database
  • Review program activity daily to identify customer patterns and preferences
  • Work with Marketing Director to develop marketing strategies and create activities for program
  • Increase participation in program
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for Vice President and President

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience
  • Minimum 2 years database management experience
  • Experience administering a customer rewards program preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Word
  • Must be able to read, analyze and interpret data
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
