Education: Bachelors Experience: 6-9 years Description: Chartis has an opportunity for a Senior Technical Specialist in its Workers' Compensation Department. The key responsibilities for this position are as follows: Adjust the highest valued and most complex workers' compensation claims. Investigate assigned claims. Evaluate claim exposure to establish reserves. Manage the indemnity, medical and legal aspects of assigned claims. Develop resolution strategy plans to achieve appropriate claim results and timely closure. Interact and consult with the Home Office Director on reserve and disposition strategies. Participate in file reviews and interact and consult with customers on complex technical issues.
